Convergence Solutions LLC announces the completion of its Gas Tracking System version 4 UI refresh with Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation.
Convergence Solutions LLC (CSLLC) has successfully completed a year-long UI refresh of its Gas Tracking System (GTS) version 4 with Fortis Inc.'s operating company, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) located in Poughkeepsie, New York.
The completion of this project allows users of Central Hudson's implementation of GTS version 4 to now use all aspects of GTS on current browser technologies and technology platforms such as smartphones. This upgrade enables Central Hudson to continue to use its implementation of GTS as its Customer Choice/Natural Gas Transportation Services management software without the costly investment of replacing the application while moving forward with new technologies.

History
CSLLC's Gas Tracking System was implemented at Central Hudson in 2007 to manage its Customer Choice/Natural Gas Transportation Services program. Prior to this implementation, CSLLC personnel (operating under Bridge Technology, Inc.) completed business requirements and functional design definition analysis and prepared a proposal for Central Hudson to create a Gas Retail Access/Customer Choice management software solution. Upon approval of Central Hudson"s rate case submitted to New York State's Public Service Commission, CSLLC was awarded the contract for the Construction and Implementation of a Gas Retail Access/Customer Choice management system for Central Hudson.
In 2008, Central Hudson's GTS was updated to include a reconciliation module, in 2011 and 2012 updated with minor business and regulatory changes, and most-recently updated with a UI refresh. During all of these projects - analysis, construction, implementation and updates - CSLLC (Bridge Technology, Inc.) has delivered every project on time and within the budget.
Central Hudson's GTS implementation has been maintained and supported by CSLLC since 2007.
