Convergence Solutions LLC announces its selection by Florida Public Utilities, a Chesapeake Utilities Corporation company, to implement and host Convergence's flagship product, Gas Tracking System (GTS). GTS will be the gas management portal for Chesapeake's Florida based utilities: Florida Public Utilities, Central Florida Gas, Fort Meade Natural Gas, and Indiantown Natural Gas.

Convergence Solutions LLC, a leading provider of Customer Choice/Natural Gas Transportation Services and energy management solutions, will implement its Gas Tracking System (GTS) to manage Chesapeake's Florida Public Utilities natural gas transportation and customer choice programs. Florida Public Utilities will also subscribe to Convergence Solutions' Gas Tracking System (SaaS) hosting services to host their Gas Tracking System.

GTS was selected to replace Florida Public Utilities’ existing legacy gas management portal and electronic bulletin board systems to deliver a single solution with enhanced gas transportation, customer choice, and third-party supplier billing features. GTS will offer Florida Public Utilities and its business partners a scalable and flexible gas management portal (EBB) solution that can easily accommodate changes within the industry and the company's complex gas delivery environment. GTS will modernize Florida Public Utilities’ current systems and reduce business function redundancy, improve communications with business partners and employees, automate workflows and minimize data input errors, as well as improve data integrity and system reliability.

GTS will manage Florida Public Utilities’ gas transportation and customer choice programs, including 2021 and 2022 new tariff requirements for their Florida portfolio, natural gas suppliers, and business partners. GTS will provide Florida Public Utilities’ operations personnel and business partners a state-of-the-art online portal that will streamline daily and monthly operations, improve supplier relationship management, and enhance the overall gas transportation program's customer and supplier services.
