  • New Customer Usage Reports - New customer daily interval ad-hoc and historical usage reports.
  • Customer Bill Presentation - Integration with third-party electronic billing and payments solutions.
  • Expanded Third-party Supplier Billing/Invoicing - New billing management and billing system integration tools.
  • New Shared Ad-Hoc Report Library - Company-wide report sharing for user created customized ad-hoc reports.
  • Expanded support and integration with CIS, Billing and Meter Data Management systems - Support for various in-house developed and vendor supplied CIS and Metered Data Management systems such as but not limited to SAP, Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, Metretek, MV90, and Oracle MDM solutions.
  • New Mobile Device Friendly Interface Updates - Enhanced mobile device enabled GTS functions. Faster & easier GTS interface on desktops, smartphones, tablets and other portable devices using any browser.
